Job Description
Flinx Realty is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our esteemed team in Lagos. As the initial point of contact for our esteemed guests and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient front desk operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Warmly greet and assist guests and visitors.
- Efficiently manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Promptly respond to inquiries and address complaints.
- Maintain accurate and organized guest records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is advantageous.
