Job Description
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our office, managing front‑desk operations and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors and callers.
- Responsibilities: Answer and route phone calls; schedule appointments and manage calendars; receive and distribute mail and packages; maintain visitor logs and basic office security; coordinate with staff to support daily activities.
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal and written communication and customer‑service skills; basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling, office software); ability to prioritize tasks and multitask. Previous reception or administrative experience preferred.
