Job Description
DNTY Recruitment Agency seeks a courteous, professional, and organized Receptionist for Next Apartments/Hotel in Ibrahim Taiwo Estate, Favours Junction, New Bodija, Ibadan. Salary: up to ₦75,00/month. This full-time position requires excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Greet and check in guests; manage reservations and room allocations
- Handle check-outs and process payments; respond to phone inquiries
- Maintain guest records and booking systems; resolve guest concerns professionally
- Ensure the front desk and lobby are tidy and presentable
Requirements: OND, HND, or BSc; prior front-desk or receptionist experience preferred; strong communication and customer-service skills; basic MS Office and booking software familiarity; must reside in or near the Bodija area.
