Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Officer to conduct property inspections (photos/videos); prepare briefs for sales, rentals, and management; handle client inquiries through to closing; market listings on digital platforms; manage facilities and tenant relations; negotiate professionally with owners and clients; and submit daily and weekly reports.
- Qualifications: BSc/HND in Estate Management or related field, valid driver’s license.
- Skills: strong knowledge of Abuja neighborhoods and property market, Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, negotiation, and marketing abilities.
- Experience in real estate, agency, or property management preferred.
- Compensation: ₦50,00 basic + monthly imprest + performance-based commission. Full-time, permanent.
