Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to oversee a diverse real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, leasing, maintenance, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include developing asset strategies, negotiating leases and sales, managing operating and capital budgets, coordinating renovations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Required: 5+ years in real estate or property management, strong negotiation and financial analysis skills, project management and leadership experience, and proficiency with property management software and local regulations.
