Job Description
Zilt Investment Limited is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to become part of our vibrant team in Ibadan, Oyo State. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and promoting cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive cost estimates, performing feasibility studies, monitoring project expenses, negotiating contracts, managing progress claims, and providing ongoing cost guidance throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A solid understanding of construction methodologies, proficiency in quantity surveying software, and exceptional communication skills are essential.
