Job Description
Seadolf System Global Services Limited is on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our dynamic team in Lagos. This entry-level position is focused on managing costs associated with building and civil engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, from design to completion. Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, budgets, and project plans, conducting quantity take-offs, monitoring project costs, and producing financial reports and forecasts.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with 2 years of relevant experience and strong numerical and analytical skills.
Location: Lagos Mainland | Remuneration: NGN 120,00
