Job Description
Architrave Nigeria Limited is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, and preference will be given to those certified by the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS). The selected individual will be responsible for conducting cost analyses, collaborating with design teams, managing construction budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and utilizing technology to enhance efficiency. The salary range for this position is N200,00 to N300,00, commensurate with experience.
