Job Summary: Pirotti Projects Limited is currently looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee construction budgets.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress.
- Analyze and manage construction contracts.
- Collaborate effectively with architects and engineers.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, certification by NIQS or QSRBN, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
