Job Description
Matilda Group invites skilled Quantity Surveyors to join our vibrant team in Abuja. This full-time position falls within the Management & Business Development sector, focusing on Retail, Fashion, and FMCG.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately extract quantities related to concrete and finishing works from architectural, interior, and structural drawings.
- Develop and maintain quantity and pricing data using Excel sheets.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure detailed project requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in quantity surveying for civil projects.
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical skills and strong communication capabilities.
