Job Description
IO Furniture is seeking a dedicated and skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and financial oversight for our interior design and construction projects. This position demands technical proficiency, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive mindset towards risk and cost management.
Location: Lagos
Compensation: ₦400,00 – ₦500,00 per month
Reports To: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Evaluate tender documents and pricing.
- Monitor and report on project cost variances.
- Assist with procurement and vendor negotiations.
- Prepare valuations and manage progress claims.
Qualifications:
- BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying.
- 3–5 years of experience in interior design or construction.
