Job Description
We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in construction and project management, ensuring accurate cost estimation and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include the preparation of tender documents, management of budgets, and conducting thorough feasibility studies. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with architects and engineers to maximize project efficiency and minimize potential risks.
Qualified applicants will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in cost management software are mandatory for this role.
