Job Description
Confederated Facilitators Limited (CFL Group), established in 1998, is a leading indigenous Nigerian company located in Lagos. We specialize in infrastructure across various sectors, including Real Estate, Energy, Power, Construction, Agriculture, and Transportation.
We are currently seeking to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor. This full-time role involves pricing and forecasting material costs, preparing documents and bills, tracking design changes, liaising with contractors, paying subcontractors, and writing reports.
Applicants should possess a B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction management. Additional professional qualifications are a plus.
