Job Description
About the Role:
Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will manage costs and contracts across various construction projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Provide accurate valuations and cost control throughout project lifecycles.
- Evaluate contractor quotes and negotiate contracts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with 5 years of experience.

Pay: ₦350,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month
