Job Description
Workforce Group is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time position within the telecommunications sector in Lagos. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting site spot checks, assisting the project team, and reporting quality issues to the Quality Manager. Additionally, the role includes providing on-site training for SBC, following up on the resolution of quality concerns, and submitting daily reports of quality activities. The salary ranges from ₦300,00.00 to ₦500,00.00 per month and is negotiable based on experience.
