Job Description
Native Flower is in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to manage quality assurance processes in our production workshop based in Abuja. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00. Applicants should possess a diploma and a minimum of 3 years of relevant mid-level experience.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all fabrics and garments adhere to strict quality standards, managing inventory levels, and supervising workshop personnel to facilitate an efficient production workflow. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in workshop management, exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
