Job Description

Sigma Consulting Group is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality improvement initiatives at our hospital in Abuja. This full-time position requires at least 5 years of experience in hospital quality or clinical governance. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing quality improvement programs, monitoring performance metrics, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to healthcare standards. A Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, or Public Health is mandatory, while a postgraduate degree in Quality Management is preferred. Strong analytical and leadership skills are critical for this role.
