Job Description
Location: Ilaro, Ogun State
Industry: Maize/Wheat Milling Industry
The Quality Assurance Analyst will analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products for compliance with established standards. Requires expertise in Good Laboratory Practices and Food Safety Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections of milling processes.
- Perform weekly cleanliness inspections.
- Analyze raw materials and maintain records.
- Report findings to mill operators.
- Investigate product quality complaints.
- Maintain laboratory equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or HND in relevant fields with 3+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of applicable legislation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Accredited by professional bodies.
