Job Description
We are seeking a Property Systems Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems, including building automation (BAS), HVAC controls, access control, CCTV, and networked sensors. Duties include inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, system integration, responding to service requests, and coordinating with vendors and facilities staff.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong electrical and networking skills; familiarity with BAS, PLCs, and IP security systems
- Accurate documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work on-call, lift equipment, and travel between sites
- HVAC controls or IT certification is a plus
