Job Description
Clerview Business Solutions Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated Property Management Officer to support the daily operations and administration of our company-owned or leased properties in Lagos. The successful candidate will be adept at sourcing property leads, coordinating maintenance with contractors, managing bookings, and addressing tenant inquiries. Proficiency in property management software is highly advantageous.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in MS Office applications.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of NGN 75,00 – 150,00.
