Job Description
We seek a Project Officer, Protection (ESGBV) to lead sexual and gender-based violence protection activities. The officer will coordinate case management and referrals, provide survivor-centered support, deliver trainings, monitor program quality, and liaise with partners and authorities while ensuring confidentiality and protection principles.
- Manage referrals, conduct assessments, and maintain secure data collection and reporting.
- Develop and deliver capacity-building and quality assurance for protection services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and uphold ethical, survivor-centered approaches.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in social sciences or related field, 3+ years in protection/SGBV programs, strong communication and organizational skills, fluent in English and the local language.
