Job Description
We seek a dedicated Project Officer to design and implement prevention and response activities addressing early marriage and sexual and gender-based violence (ESGBV). The officer will coordinate community outreach, stakeholder engagement, and referral pathways to ensure survivor-centered, protection-focused services.
- Plan and lead community mobilization events and awareness campaigns.
- Train and supervise volunteers and partner staff; monitor program implementation.
- Collect, analyze, and report program data; maintain quality and confidentiality.
- Foster partnerships with local stakeholders and manage case referral systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field, minimum 2 years of GBV/protection programming experience, strong communication, facilitation, and data management skills, and proven ability to work with diverse communities.
