Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader with a deep passion for design? Larryshem Limited, located in the Lekki Axis, is looking for a Project Manager to oversee architectural and interior design projects from conception through completion. Our firm excels in creating spaces that inspire and engage.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage projects from start to finish, coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors, monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, uphold quality and safety standards, and proactively address any project challenges.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a BSc in Architecture or Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in design/build project management. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with project management tools are essential, while PMP certification is an added advantage.
