Job Description
Flinx Realty Limited is looking for a qualified Project Manager with COREN certification and a solid background in construction software to oversee our real estate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate various real estate development initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to establish timelines and budgets.
- Employ construction software, including AutoCAD and Revit, to streamline project execution.
Qualifications:
- Must possess COREN certification.
