Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to lead commercial and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. The role oversees schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality control, and safety compliance while maintaining clear stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include coordinating permits, supervising site teams, managing risk, and preparing progress reports to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Required: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 7+ years of construction project experience.
- Strong leadership, contract negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: PMP or construction management certification and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.
- Excellent communication and a firm commitment to safety and quality are essential.
