About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Project-Based Virtual Assistant to support our MVP discovery sprint. You will conduct research, assist with design tasks, and prepare for investor engagement, enabling our leadership to concentrate on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Facilitate structured communications with stakeholders and users.
- Organize and maintain documentation using Notion.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Notion.
