Job Description

AIM Consultants Ltd. is actively looking for a dedicated full-time Project Architect to join our dynamic team in Abuja. In this pivotal role, you will manage architectural projects from initial design through to completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing submittals, developing comprehensive project plans, collaborating with team members, and ensuring adherence to building regulations while upholding quality standards. Effective management of project timelines, budgets, and resources will be key to your success.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, substantial experience with submittals, and strong Project Management capabilities. A Master’s degree in Architecture is required. Registration with ARCON and membership in NIA will be advantageous. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
