Job Description
Springrock Group seeks a full-time, in-person Program Manager to design and deliver masterclasses, workshops, webinars, and seminars for our merchant community. The role includes management of the bitMARTe Loyalty Program to increase satisfaction, retention, and growth; promotion of products and partnerships; collaboration with finance and business development on financial solutions; and coordination of events, budgets, and vendors to drive EEC and Loyalty adoption.
- BA in Business Administration or Education
- 5–6 years in process-driven roles; 4+ years in customer service or education
- Proven planning and event management skills; MS Office and CRM proficiency
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
