The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business consulting, an established network within the SME ecosystem, and outstanding leadership capabilities. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing impactful programs, overseeing multiple projects, cultivating partnerships, mentoring MSMEs, and conducting evaluations to measure program effectiveness.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; 4-6 years of relevant experience; and demonstrated expertise in communication and leadership.
