Job Description
The Refiners House Ministry is looking for a skilled and spiritually anchored Christian drummer to join our worship team. This role is essential in providing dynamic, Spirit-led drumming that enhances our worship experience. We seek individuals who are passionate about worship, committed to musical excellence, and excel in teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with worship leaders and band members to design engaging worship sets.
- Play with awareness of the worship flow and atmosphere.
- Prepare for rehearsals using provided resources.
- Adapt to different styles of worship music.
- Maintain and tune drum equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School diploma (SSCE) is required.
