Job Description
We are seeking a professional Assistant Head Chef to support menu development, supervise kitchen operations, and ensure consistent culinary quality in a high-volume environment.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and recipe development.
- Oversee preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to maintain standards.
- Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
- Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff; enforce food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage service operations and promptly resolve any operational issues.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: From ₦150,00 per month.
