Job Description
Lead daily production operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets. Supervise and coach operators, assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve operational bottlenecks. Coordinate production schedules, materials, and equipment maintenance while enforcing safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement using root-cause analysis and production metrics, and collaborate closely with maintenance, quality, and planning teams. Reports to the Plant Manager.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing supervision.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma preferred.
