Job Description
Winnys Meals is seeking a Production Officer to prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with company standards for quality, hygiene, and speed. The role involves ingredient preparation, cooking rice dishes, soups, meats and pastries, following standardized recipes and kitchen timelines, maintaining sanitation of workstations and equipment, and reporting faults.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in food production or kitchen operations
- Strong attention to cleanliness and ability to follow standardized processes
- Capacity to multitask under pressure, basic food safety knowledge, and effective teamwork
- Salary: N65,00/month
