Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, optimize workflows, and ensure product quality and timely delivery. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing production schedules, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
