Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, safeguard product quality, optimize production schedules, and supervise a team of supervisors and operators. The role requires effective coordination of materials and capacity, strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and the implementation of process improvements to drive on-time delivery.
- Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and KPI tracking
- Promote continuous improvement using Lean principles
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Lead cross-functional teams and resolve operational issues
- Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing leadership; Bachelor’s in engineering or related field preferred
