Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to join our team at Citrexx Winery. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain production schedules, ensuring efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities include supervising production staff, overseeing the bottling process, and conducting performance evaluations.
Applicants should have reasonable experience in production management, ideally within the beverage industry. A minimum of HND/BSc in Production Management or a related field is required. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
This is a full-time position requiring at least 4 years of management experience.
