Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time delivery, product quality, and workplace safety. The successful candidate will plan and supervise production schedules, manage supervisors and operators, and optimize workflows to meet performance targets.
- Oversee production planning, inventory control, and cost management.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methods and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Mentor staff, resolve operational issues, and enforce safety and quality standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field; 5+ years in production leadership; strong problem-solving, communication, and ERP experience.
