Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead shop-floor operations and ensure consistent quality, safety, and production targets. The role requires coordinating schedules, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
- Supervise, mentor, and train production staff while enforcing safety and compliance standards.
- Monitor KPIs and production metrics; oversee equipment maintenance and operational readiness.
- Apply problem-solving and lean principles and utilize production software to improve efficiency and output.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years of manufacturing supervision; proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
