Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to oversee the quality assurance of products listed on Konga.com. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective processes to identify and resolve product issues, ensuring that content and updates are accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate product content on Konga.com.
- Address inquiries related to product descriptions and packaging.
- Manage item listings from merchants and establish new product categories.
- Verify high-end brands and ensure products meet all criteria for enhanced sales.
Qualifications: Completion of NYSC is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦140,00.00 per month
