Job Description
Bluewave New Energy Technology is currently seeking a Product Trainer Manager with extensive knowledge of solar panel systems and energy storage products, including lithium-ion batteries and inverters. This full-time position based in Lagos offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 400,00 to 600,00. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for internal teams, partners, and installers to ensure effective product utilization and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Lead product training initiatives, create technical training materials, and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of photovoltaic and battery systems, and a readiness to travel.
