Job Description
Join Schoolable as a Product Support Intern and contribute significantly to the efficiency of our business operations. In this role, you will assist management and provide essential support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact point for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and ensure ongoing communication.
- Coordinate projects by managing timelines and enhancing team collaboration.
- Identify and recommend new systems to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with customer support to integrate feedback into process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Current Corp members seeking PPA are encouraged to apply.
