Job Description
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,00 – ₦300,00 monthly (including HMO, performance bonuses, sales commission, and opportunities for training & career development)
Role Overview: Jimlad Dev Limited is seeking a talented Product & Marketing Manager to lead our real estate product development and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate product strategies and execute go-to-market plans.
- Conduct in-depth competitor and market analysis.
- Oversee the management of product lifecycles.
- Create impactful marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams to drive success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or marketing management.
- Prior experience in real estate is strongly preferred.
