Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented, proactive Procurement Personnel to oversee purchasing of goods and services for our hotel. Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing reliable suppliers for food, beverage, equipment, linens, and cleaning supplies;
- Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms; preparing purchase orders;
- Coordinating deliveries, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining procurement records and supplier databases;
- Collaborating with department heads to forecast needs and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking;
- Ensuring compliance with financial and operational policies and reporting supplier performance and market trends.
