Job Description
Gloch Stylistic is seeking a full-time Procurement Officer to manage strategic sourcing and supplier relationships. Responsibilities include evaluating and selecting vendors; preparing and processing purchase orders; maintaining vendor databases and delivery schedules; negotiating contracts and pricing; coordinating with project managers, site teams, and stores to meet material requirements and timelines; tracking deliveries and resolving supply issues; and conducting market research to identify competitive suppliers.
- Ensure purchased items meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain procurement documentation for audits
- Prepare spend analyses and supplier performance reports
- Support development of procurement policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and compliance.
