Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of the organization’s policy strategy. The role will design evidence-based policies, analyze legislative and regulatory trends, and manage stakeholder engagement with government, partners, and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and influence policy outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor policy staff; coordinate research, impact assessments, and policy analysis.
- Translate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications: 7+ years in public policy or regulatory affairs, demonstrated leadership, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
