Job Description

- Portfolio Managers (0-3 years of experience)
- Senior Portfolio Managers (minimum 2 years of experience in client management, loan disbursement, and recovery)
General requirements include exceptional communication skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and a steadfast commitment to integrity. Prior experience in a microfinance institution is advantageous.
