Job Description
The Porter at LimeRidge Hotel will provide professional guest services including assisting with luggage, escorting guests to rooms, explaining hotel amenities, handling requests and concerns, and maintaining a clean, organized lobby. Responsibilities also include managing luggage storage and delivery, coordinating transportation and tour arrangements, and supporting guest safety and security.
- Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Able to lift luggage up to 25 kg (≈55 lb)
- Professional appearance and basic knowledge of hotel operations
