Key Responsibilities:

• Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage.
• Provide room tours and demonstrate equipment use.
• Share information about hotel facilities and amenities.
• Assist with parking and taxi arrangements.
• Run errands and deliver messages for guests.

Requirements: Previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
