Job Description
Bridgemead HR and Advisory is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Plantation Manager to lead our plantation operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of planting, pruning, and harvesting while ensuring optimal soil management and effective pest control measures are in place.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring crop health, guiding staff, and ensuring that all equipment is maintained in accordance with safety regulations.
