Job Description
UfarmX is an innovative agri-fintech platform dedicated to improving farmers’ access to finance throughout Africa. We are excited to announce the launch of a B2B retail pilot in Nigeria aimed at integrating agricultural retailers into our ecosystem, providing point-of-sale financing solutions for farmers.
Objective of the Pilot:
- Activate and onboard 15–30 agricultural retailers in Lagos, Oyo State, and Abuja.
- Implement UfarmX POS systems and provide training on credit-based inputs.
- Gather insights to inform a comprehensive rollout.
Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in field operations or agricultural/retail technology deployment, a profound understanding of Nigeria’s agri-supply chain, and outstanding people management skills.
Compensation: Salary to be discussed based on experience. Job Types: Part-time, Contract (3 months).
